As a guide, the 22cm rim plate suits starters, side plates and desserts, while the 28cm plates suit main courses. The 31.5cm rim plate is our largest, suited to generous mains or sharing-style presentation. Coupe plates have a rimless, curved profile for a more contemporary look.
