A worked example
For 100 guests with a 28cm rim plate, a 22cm rim plate, a table knife, a table fork and a 250ml wine glass each, the per-guest total is £1.55, so £155.00 per day for the pieces, excluding VAT and before delivery. This is illustrative only; your own quote will reflect your menu, spares and dates.

Are these prices final?
They are indicative per-item, per-day hire prices excluding VAT. We send an itemised quote based on your quantities, dates and delivery location.
Is delivery included in the price?
Delivery is quoted as part of your itemised proposal. We cover the West Midlands as standard, and will quote delivery accordingly for events further afield.
Is there a deposit?
A small refundable deposit covers any losses, and we talk you through the figures before your event so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no rigid minimum. We hire for everything from intimate dinners to large weddings, and we will recommend sensible quantities for your guest count, with a little spare for peace of mind.
