Cutlery hire across the West Midlands.

Polished stainless steel knives, forks and spoons, hired by the piece and delivered clean, inspected and ready to set. Our Harley range suits formal dinners, wedding breakfasts and relaxed parties alike.

The Harley cutlery range

Table fork, table knife, dessert spoon and tea spoon in polished stainless steel, £0.25 each per day.

Matching cutlery to your menu

Cutlery numbers follow the menu. A three-course meal usually needs a knife and fork for the main, a fork or spoon for dessert and a teaspoon for each tea or coffee. Add a little spare so you are never caught short. If you are also hiring crockery and glassware, we can build everything into one itemised quote.

We deliver cutlery across the West Midlands, including Wolverhampton, Walsall and Birmingham.

Good to know

What cutlery do you hire?
Our cutlery is the Harley range in polished stainless steel: table fork, table knife, dessert spoon and tea spoon.
How much cutlery do I need?
As a rule of thumb, allow a knife and fork for each guest per savoury course, and a spoon or fork for dessert and for each hot drink. Our guide to quantities goes through it, and we will confirm numbers in your quote.
How much does cutlery hire cost?
Each Harley piece is £0.25 per item, per day, excluding VAT. See the full price list.
Where do you deliver?
We cover the West Midlands as standard, including Wolverhampton, Walsall, Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull and Coventry. If your event is further afield, tell us where and we will quote delivery accordingly. See all the areas we cover.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no rigid minimum. We hire for everything from intimate dinners to large weddings, and we will recommend sensible quantities for your guest count, with a little spare for peace of mind.
What happens if something breaks?
Breakages happen, so we keep it simple and fair. A small refundable deposit covers any losses, and we talk you through the figures before your event so there are no surprises.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and peak dates, the earlier the better, because popular collections book up fast. We will always do our utmost to accommodate shorter notice, so do still get in touch.
