A wedding table has several jobs to do. For the wedding breakfast you will want plates, cutlery and wine glasses. For the toast, champagne flutes. For the evening, bar glassware and tea and coffee cups. We can bring it all together in one itemised quote.

For couples and planners

We hire to couples and wedding planners who want high-quality tableware to complete their theme. If your venue is dry hire, or you would like to upgrade what the venue provides, tell us your date, venue and guest count and we will recommend the right pieces and quantities, with a little spare.

Packages for larger weddings

For larger weddings it is simpler to hire by the head. Our packages for 250, 350 and 500 guests cover a full place setting and the bar, with spares built in and delivery, collection and washing included.

How early should we book our wedding tableware?
For weddings and peak summer dates, the earlier the better, because popular collections book up fast. Get in touch with your date and guest count as soon as you have them.
Can you tell us how many pieces we need?
Yes. Share your menu, courses and guest count and we will recommend quantities with a little spare. Our guide to how much crockery per guest is a good starting point.
Where do you deliver?
We cover the West Midlands as standard, including Wolverhampton, Walsall, Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull and Coventry. If your event is further afield, tell us where and we will quote delivery accordingly. See all the areas we cover.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no rigid minimum. We hire for everything from intimate dinners to large weddings, and we will recommend sensible quantities for your guest count, with a little spare for peace of mind.
What happens if something breaks?
Breakages happen, so we keep it simple and fair. A small refundable deposit covers any losses, and we talk you through the figures before your event so there are no surprises.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and peak dates, the earlier the better, because popular collections book up fast. We will always do our utmost to accommodate shorter notice, so do still get in touch.
