Tableware packages for larger events

For larger events it is simpler to hire by the head than by the piece. Each package covers a full place setting and the bar, with spares built in so you are never short. Tell us the numbers and we will build the quote around your menu and running order.

Package one

The Two Fifty

Up to 250 guests. A full place setting per guest (plate, cutlery, water and wine glass), bar glassware, ice buckets and serveware, spares as standard, plus delivery, collection and washing. Price on request.

Most booked

The Three Fifty

Up to 350 guests. Everything in The Two Fifty, scaled to 350, with second course crockery and cutlery, tea and coffee service and an extended bar glassware range. Price on request.

Package three

The Five Hundred

500 guests and above. Full multi-course service at scale, a complete bar, tea and coffee service, staggered delivery across multiple drops and a dedicated contact. Price on request.

What counts as tableware?
Tableware covers everything on the table: crockery (plates, cups and bowls), glassware and cutlery. We hire all three, so you can order a complete place setting from one supplier.
Can I hire by the head instead of by the piece?
Yes. For larger events our packages cover a full place setting and the bar for 250, 350 or 500 guests and above, with spares built in. Price is on request, so tell us your numbers and menu.
Where do you deliver?
We cover the West Midlands as standard, including Wolverhampton, Walsall, Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull and Coventry. If your event is further afield, tell us where and we will quote delivery accordingly. See all the areas we cover.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no rigid minimum. We hire for everything from intimate dinners to large weddings, and we will recommend sensible quantities for your guest count, with a little spare for peace of mind.
What happens if something breaks?
Breakages happen, so we keep it simple and fair. A small refundable deposit covers any losses, and we talk you through the figures before your event so there are no surprises.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and peak dates, the earlier the better, because popular collections book up fast. We will always do our utmost to accommodate shorter notice, so do still get in touch.
